This policy describes the storage and consent categories Alternative.tips uses or may use. Necessary storage supports security, routing, session continuity, and consent records. Functionality storage may remember optional site preferences.

Optional categories

• Analytics: measurement of site use when enabled and permitted.
• Advertising: attribution or advertising storage when enabled and permitted.
• Ad user data: consent for sending advertising-related user data where applicable.
• Ad personalization: consent for personalized advertising where applicable.

The current Affiliate CMS consent state leaves optional consent unset or denied by default. Its public consent UI, Google Tag, advertising tags, ad-user-data processing, and ad-personalization tags remain disabled. This policy does not mean those optional technologies are currently loaded.

Withdrawal and browser controls

If optional consent is activated in a future reviewed release, visitors will be able to change or withdraw choices through the corresponding consent interface. Browser settings and privacy tools may also limit cookies, but blocking necessary storage can affect site operation.
